Do I choose which event I sponsor?Yes. After purchasing your sponsorship, email [email protected] with your Hello Bestie username, the event you'd like to sponsor, the event date, and a brief description of the promotional items or materials you plan to distribute.

When should I purchase my sponsorship?We recommend purchasing your sponsorship as early as possible to allow time for confirmation, ensure you have enough promotional items prepared for all registered attendees, and maximize your sponsorship benefits.

What can I distribute?Most businesses provide promotional products, coupons, samples, brochures, business cards, or branded merchandise. All promotional items and materials must align with Hello Bestie's community guidelines.

How many promotional items should I bring?Sponsors are responsible for bringing one promotional item for each registered attendee. The current RSVP count is available on the official event page and updates as additional registrations are received. We recommend bringing a few extra items whenever possible.

Can I sponsor more than one event?Absolutely! Many businesses choose to sponsor multiple Hello Bestie events throughout the year to increase visibility and build relationships within the community.
